Description

This measure documents the percentage of on-site sewage systems with current inspections in Puget Sound marine recovery areas and other designated sensitive areas. Good management of septic systems is a key indicator of a healthy Puget Sound and waters that are safe for drinking, swimming, shellfish harvesting, and other uses and that are not harmful to aquatic life.
